Lindsay Grier

Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Lindsay Grier joined Legal Aid as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal in July 2017. She graduated from Davidson College with a B.A. in Hispanic Studies in 2016. While at Davidson, Lindsay focused on two research projects: one concerning systemic language barriers for Hispanic Americans, and the other concerning the life and writings of Spanish author Santa Teresa de Jesus. She spent time throughout college working for poverty alleviation organizations in Ecuador, Costa Rica, and Kenya. Her travels in college led Lindsay to a one year fellowship with the Global Programs team at Habitat for Humanity in Washington, DC, during which she promoted access to decent, affordable housing through technical and advisory assistance to Habitat’s network. At Legal Aid, Lindsay provides support to the Housing Unit. She is proficient in Spanish.
