Legal Aid has been representing DC workers in unemployment compensation matters for over 15 years. Our lawyers have been at the forefront of recent unemployment compensation reforms through litigation and legislative advocacy.

In response to the COVID-19 public health emergency, Legal Aid endeavors to provide legal education about changes in the unemployment compensation program due to COVID-19.
