Christina Moehrle

Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Christina Moehrle joined Legal Aid as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal in October 2012. She graduated from Fordham University in 2011, with a B.A. in American Studies, as well as minors in Latin American/Latino Studies and Spanish Language. During her undergraduate years, Christy volunteered at various community outreach agencies in the Bronx, including LIFT and Mercy Center. She also spent a semester abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina. After graduation, Christy relocated to San Francisco for one year to work as an immigration paralegal assistant at the Central American Resource Center (CARECEN), as part of the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. At Legal Aid, Christy provides support and assistance to the attorneys in the Public Benefits Law Unit, the Consumer Law Units, and the Barbara McDowell Appellate Advocacy Project. Christy is proficient in Spanish.
