People's Budget and Revenue Forum

Please RSVP to join the Fair Budget Coalition in community on Saturday, September 19th, from 12-4 pm to help us create the budget that DC deserves.

Fair Budget wants to advocate for a budget for the people by the people in fiscal year 2028, and we need to hear from YOU to make that possible! It will take all of us to build the power needed to demand a more just and racially equitable DC budget and tax system. Fair Budget will take notes and capture data throughout the event to share directly with the Mayor and Council offices, and to center your dreams in our own budget push this year.

Food, drinks, live interpretation (Spanish and ASL), and childcare will be provided! Please RSVP, and share this invite with your friends, neighbors, and broader communities.

We are working hard on a safety and accessibility plan to ensure a safe, comfortable experience for all, but particularly for immigrants, youth, disabled folks, and other participants who are under attack at this time.
