The OTA Tenant Summit serves as a day-long forum each year to bring together tenants, tenant associations, housing attorneys and advocates, policy experts, community leaders, and District officials to discuss matters of concern to the District’s tenant community.

Join us for a full day of presentations by some of the top district government specialists on subjects that are significant to tenants.

  • Introducing Johanna Shreve, our Chief Tenant Advocate
  • Attend expert panels that explore the most recent developments in tenant legislation.
  • Attend a course to review the rights of your tenants.
  • Learn more about the tools available to you in the neighborhood and how to advocate as a tenant. 
  • Meet with an attorney-advisor to discuss any specific questions you may have.
