Caroline Fehr is a Supervising Attorney in the Domestic Violence/Family Law Unit. Caroline represents survivors of domestic violence in family law matters and civil protection order cases. Caroline also provides advice and representation on child support and paternity matters.

Prior to joining Legal Aid DC in January 2020, Caroline clerked for the Honorable Lynn Leibovitz of D.C. Superior Court and worked for two years at the DC Affordable Law Firm, where she primarily represented clients in domestic violence and family law matters, including custody, divorce, and child support cases.

Caroline received her LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2018. She graduated with her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2016. While in law school, Caroline was a student attorney in the Domestic Violence Clinic, where she represented domestic violence survivors in civil protection order cases. Caroline also served on the Executive Board of Advocates Against Sexual Violence and as a Staff Editor for the American Criminal Law Review. Before law school, Caroline worked in the Washington, D.C. office of Congresswoman Janice Hahn (CA-44). Caroline received her B.A., with College Honors, from Washington University in St. Louis. She is proficient in Spanish.
