Alliance Enrollment Clinic

SPACEs in Action, together with partner organizations including Mary's Center, Legal Aid, Bread for the City, Whitman-Walker, DCJWJ, and other members of the Keep DC Healthy Campaign, will be available to help DC community members who are interested in enrolling in Alliance health insurance.

To help make the enrollment process as smooth as possible, please bring the following with you:

• Identification: A DC identification card or a passport from your country of origin.
• Proof of income: A self-declaration is accepted. You can write a letter stating how much you earn or that you have no income and sign it yourself.
• Proof that you live in DC: Please bring 2 documents showing your DC residence, such as a lease agreement, utility bills, or valid DC identification.
• Cell phone: If you have one, please bring your cell phone so you can access your email. You may need it to create a District Direct account or reset a forgotten password.
• Expired Alliance insurance cards: If you have any expired Alliance insurance cards, please bring them. You may need the medical identification number to link your District Direct account with your DHS account.
