Legal Aid DC defended Eyanna Kittrell against a wrongful car insurance subrogation case and got her out from under a life-changing debt. Three years after a car accident, Ms. Kittrell learned that the other driver's insurance company was suing her — even though the accident was not her fault. Her Legal Aid DC attorneys fought for her and saved the 26-year-old mom $50,000.
