Andrea is a DC native who joined Legal Aid DC as a Senior Intake Specialist in March 2023. She is responsible for supporting the Family/Domestic Violence Unit.
Prior to joining Legal Aid DC, she was a supervisor for the Covid-19/Vaccination sector with the Montgomery County Department of Health. Andrea is a recent graduate of the Georgetown Paralegal Studies Program where she trained in legal research, litigation, and trial preparation. As a former Special Police Officer for the Smithsonian Institution, Andrea also has a background in law enforcement. She is currently enrolled at Phoenix University to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration degree online.
