Berny Ramirez serves as a Senior Navigator with the DC Resource Bridge, where he conducts trauma-informed legal screenings, connects clients with appropriate legal service providers, and supports applicants through the intake and referral process.
Berny has more than a decade of experience in client services, operations, and team leadership across the nonprofit, legal, financial, and retail sectors. Prior to joining Legal Aid DC, he held roles with the Atlanta Bar Association, TSYS, InComm, and MasTec Advanced Technologies. Berny is originally from Dallas, Texas, and is fully bilingual in Spanish. He is a graduate of Spring Hill College, where he graduated with a degree in Management/Marketing with a minor in Spanish.
