Cali Gill is a Staff Attorney in the Housing Law Unit. She represents low-income tenants in eviction and housing condition cases before the D.C. Superior Court. She also litigates housing law claims before administrative bodies, such as the D.C. Housing Authority and the Office of Administrative Hearings.

Prior to joining Legal Aid DC, Cali received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and her B.A. from the College of New Jersey. While in law school, Cali completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Margo Rocconi of the United States District Court for the Central District of California and interned with Neighborhood Legal Services Los Angeles through USC’s Medical-Legal Community Partnership Practicum as well as in the Housing Unit at Community Legal Aid SoCal.

Not admitted to practice law in any jurisdiction. Practicing law in the District of Columbia pursuant to D.C. Court of Appeals Rule 49(c)(9)(​B) under the supervision of Legal Aid attorneys admitted to the D.C. Bar and in good standing.
