Danielle joined Legal Aid DC as a senior intake specialist in our Public Benefits Unit in March 2023. 

She is currently enrolled in a Master's of International Development Studies program at George Washington University and a 2021 graduate of Marshall University with a bachelor's in political science and minors in International Affairs, Sexuality Studies, and Women and Gender Studies.

Prior to living in DC, Danielle worked as an advocate against domestic violence at a DV shelter in West Virginia, working directly with survivors to provide them with crisis intervention services. Danielle has experience and training in trauma-informed advocacy, housing advocacy, and case management assistance.
