Josemanuel Tello is a Senior Legal Assistant/Paralegal in the Housing Law Unit. 

Prior to joining Legal Aid in February 2024, Josemanuel Tello worked with WMATA Metro Transit Communications and Outreach Team, to provide the DMV community updates and information regarding WMATA Metro’s service changes and new programming. 

Josemanuel graduated from George Washington University in 2023, where he received his B.A. in History. While in College, Josemanuel served as President of the Organization of Latino Students at George Washington University, where he organized events and resources for the Latino student community. Josemanuel also served in George Washington University’s History department’s DEI and Professor Hiring committee as student representative, where he advocated students concerns and feedback to the History faculty and Department leadership.
