Josh Hale

Josh Hale is a Staff Attorney with the Consumer Law Unit, where he represents homeowners facing foreclosure and consumers with debt collection matters in D.C. Before joining Legal Aid DC in September 2026, Josh was a law student at the University of Maryland School of Law, where he received his J.D. in May 2026. While in school, Josh was a board member of the Maryland Public Interest Law Project and interned with several public interest organizations such as The Washington Lawyers' Committee and the ACLU of New Jersey.
