Kelly Panlaqui is a Senior Navigator with DC Resource Bridge at Legal Aid DC. She has a Bachelor in Politics from University of California-Santa Cruz, Paralegal Certification from University of California-San Diego, and a Master's in Legal Studies from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. She has a passion for both law and public policy with specialized experience in housing, criminal justice, poverty, and education.
 
Kelly has worked in spaces such as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the White House during the Biden-Harris administration, the U.S. House and Senate, two DC law firms, Pomona Unified School District, and the Riverside District Attorney's Office. Dancing, cooking and baking, and hanging out with friends is what she loves to do in her free time.
