Kylah Frazier is a skilled and compassionate professional who serves as a Navigator for the DC Resource Bridge, where she connects individuals and families with critical legal services and support. She specializes in guiding clients through complex legal and social systems, including housing, healthcare, employment resources, and public benefits, ensuring equitable access and empowering clients to achieve stability.
 
A recent Howard University graduate with a double major in Psychology and Criminology, Kylah combines academic excellence with hands-on experience in advocacy and community support. Her understanding of social systems, law, and systemic inequities informs her strategic approach to helping clients overcome barriers and access essential services.
 
Previously, Kylah served as a Housing and Reentry Intern at Legal Aid DC, where she supported client advocacy through housing stabilization efforts, reentry-related resource navigation, needs assessments, and collaboration with attorneys and community partners.
