Sarah Reichenbach is a Staff Attorney in the Housing Law Unit. She represents low-income tenants in eviction cases before the D.C. Superior Court. She also litigates housing law claims before administrative bodies, such as the D.C. Housing Authority and the Office of Administrative Hearings.

Prior to joining Legal Aid DC in September 2022, Sarah was a law clerk to the Honorable Yvonne Williams at the D.C. Superior Court.

Sarah received her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law. While in law school, Sarah was a Public Interest Public Service Scholar, a Co-Chair of the Equal Justice Foundation, and a Note & Comment Editor for the American University Law Review. She also served as a student attorney in the Criminal Justice Clinic where she represented indigent incarcerated clients from the District in their compassionate release cases. Sarah interned for Neighborhood Legal Services Program, Equal Justice Under Law, and the Tahirih Justice Center.
