Tiffany Jackson joined Legal Aid DC in 2025 as a Skadden Fellow in the Family Law and Domestic Violence Unit. She represents parents in third-party custody cases and other related family law matters before the D.C. Superior Court.

Prior to joining Legal Aid DC, Tiffany completed ROTC as a Distinguished Military Graduate and entered the U.S. Army as a commissioned Second Lieutenant. After four years and three tours, Tiffany left the military to begin work as a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. State Department in the Management track. After leaving the State Department, Tiffany taught high school math and served as the Director of Operations for a charter school during a yearlong fellowship with Education Pioneer.

Tiffany graduated magna cum laude from Howard University with a B.B.A. in Business Management. She also holds an MBA from UCLA and a M.Ed. from Vanderbilt University. She received her J.D. from Howard University, cum laude, where she was a J.L. Greene Public Interest Fellow. During law school, she served as a student attorney in the Child Welfare/Family Justice Clinic, representing parents in child abuse and neglect cases. She interned at the Office of Child Exploitation and Obscenities (CEOS) in the Department of Justice, as well as in the Juvenile Unit of the Maryland Office of the Public Defender as a John Paul Stevens Fellow. Tiffany is proficient in Spanish.
