Tonia Blades

Tonia Blades is the Human Resources Manager at Legal Aid DC. She previously served as Manager of People and Culture at the National Quality Forum, where she supported employees through strategic and operational HR initiatives. She held roles ranging from Human Resources Coordinator to Human Resources Generalist, supporting a wide range of HR functions and initiatives.

With experience across benefits administration, health and wellness programs, retirement plans, leave management, employee engagement, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS, and recruitment, Tonia brings a comprehensive and thoughtful approach to human resources.
