She held roles ranging from Human Resources Coordinator to Human Resources Generalist, supporting a wide range of HR functions and initiatives.
With experience across benefits administration, health and wellness programs, retirement plans, leave management, employee engagement, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS, and recruitment, Tonia brings a comprehensive and thoughtful approach to human resources.
