DC's Homeowner Assistance Fund is now open. The Homeowner Assistance Fund provides grants to DC homeowners impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic who are behind on their mortgages or other housing-related payments, including condo/HOA fees, property taxes, homeowners' insurance, and utilities.
